1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and weee9 ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). weee9 operates an internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at weee9.net, offering casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slots, bingo, and related entertainment services.

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, corporate entity, or third party when registering or operating your weee9 account.

• You have not previously been excluded from the weee9 platform under a self-exclusion agreement or a company-imposed ban.
• You are of sound mind and are not accessing the platform under duress, impairment, or as a compulsive gambling measure.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. weee9 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a user misrepresenting their eligibility status.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of weee9 services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the weee9 platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and other information as weee9 may reasonably request. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your weee9 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. weee9 accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your weee9 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify weee9 support immediately via live chat.
• weee9 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict an account at any time if it suspects misuse, fraud, or any violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

weee9 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and domestic bank transfer. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your weee9 account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may be amended by weee9 at any time with reasonable notice. Players who wish to set personalised deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes may do so at any time from their account settings.

• All deposits are credited to your weee9 account in PKR at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of processing.
• weee9 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank) may apply their own service charges independently.
• Deposits that fail to appear in your account within the expected processing window should be reported to weee9 support immediately, with transaction reference details.
• weee9 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit that is suspected to originate from unlawful activity, fraud, or money laundering.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on weee9 are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. weee9 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Players must have a fully verified account in good standing to submit withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three banking business days, subject to payment provider schedules and any outstanding verification requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your weee9 account at the time of request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• weee9 may request supporting documentation (proof of identity, proof of address, payment method ownership) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds suspected of being connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering will be investigated. Funds may be withheld pending the outcome of such an investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, weee9 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire and cannot be reinstated.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they and any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your weee9 wallet unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household address, per shared device, per IP address, per payment method, and per email address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• weee9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after being credited, any resulting wagering requirement is also removed, and net real-money balances are preserved.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or any abuse of the weee9 promotional system will be forfeited in their entirety, and the account may be permanently closed.

7 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the weee9 platform — including live casino games, RNG slots, bingo variants, and instant games — operate in accordance with individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

weee9's RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified for fairness and randomness by accredited independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operating under regulated environments. • weee9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds, and to recover any funds paid out as a result of a manifest error in the game or platform.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages across all players and all sessions. They do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8 Sports Betting Rules

The weee9 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20 series), football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event, which are displayed alongside the relevant markets.

• All odds are quoted in decimal format unless otherwise specified. It is the player's responsibility to verify odds before confirming any bet on weee9.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the weee9 Cash Out feature is available for that market.
• In the event that a sports event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to the sport and market apply. Generally, bets on events that do not conclude as scheduled within a defined period will be voided and stakes returned.
• weee9 reserves the right to limit bet amounts, suspend markets, or void bets at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that market integrity has been compromised.
• Live in-play bets on PSL and other cricket markets are subject to the weee9 live betting delay policy, which exists to protect the integrity of real-time markets.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, betting syndicate activity, or exploitation of pricing errors in the sportsbook will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

9 Responsible Gaming Obligations

weee9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered weee9 players and can be activated at any time from the account settings panel.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day review period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session. weee9 will end the session automatically when the limit is reached.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the weee9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on weee9, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the weee9 platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the weee9 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, video streams, text, data, interface design, and compilations thereof — is the intellectual property of weee9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the weee9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the weee9 platform or its content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of weee9.

The weee9 name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use weee9 trademarks or branding for any purpose.

12 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, weee9, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the weee9 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

weee9's aggregate liability to you for direct damages arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the weee9 platform in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• weee9 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• weee9 is not responsible for any telecommunications or internet service failures, network outages, or device issues that affect a player's ability to access or use the platform.
• Gambling involves risk. By using weee9, you accept that you may lose money and that weee9 has no obligation to compensate you for gambling losses.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

weee9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The account is held by or on behalf of a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• The player has submitted a self-exclusion request.
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or operational risk to weee9.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct or Terms violation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method after all applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may close your weee9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in accordance with standard timelines.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which weee9 holds its operating licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal dispute.

In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to the weee9 support team via live chat or email. weee9 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within five business days and providing a full response within 28 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with weee9, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under weee9's operating licence.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

weee9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, weee9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on the weee9 website. The effective date of any updated Terms will be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the weee9 platform after any amendments become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. weee9 recommends reviewing this document at least once every three months.
